I am a geologist from the National University of Colombia, with a Master's degree in Geo-information Science and Earth Observation focused on natural hazards and risk management from ITC - University of Twente, The Netherlands.
I have experience in geology and geomorphology studies as inputs for geotechnical zoning in engineering projects and for land defense and conservation.
I am interested in quaternary geomorphology and quaternary geology and in researching geomorphological indicators that can be used in the establishment of protected areas.
What I enjoy the most is field work, GIS and remote sensing analysis such as aerial photographs or satellite images multi-temporal analysis and digital elevation models analysis for geomorphological environments and natural hazards identification and characterization.
